Information you give us
Our enquiry and property-alert forms ask for contact details and information about the property or service you are interested in. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email, telephone number, preferred area, budget, requirements and property of interest. Name, email address and telephone number are required on our enquiry forms so we can respond. Other optional fields are identified. Please do not send passports, bank statements, PPS numbers or other sensitive documents through general website enquiry forms.
Website submissions may be stored in our WordPress administration system and emailed to the agency. Form records can include the submission date, page address, browser details and IP address.
How we use your information
We use enquiry details to respond, arrange viewings and discuss requested services. We process service enquiries to take steps you request before entering a contract and in our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating the agency. Property-alert emails rely on your consent. You can withdraw that consent by emailing or calling us; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful use. Where a transaction proceeds, further information and a service-specific privacy notice may be needed.
Facebook, Daft.ie and enquiry sources
The optional “How did you find us?” field helps us understand where enquiries originate. Tagged website links may also pass a campaign source such as Facebook or Daft.ie into a form. This does not give us access to your activity on those platforms. Enquiries made directly on another platform are separate from website enquiries and may be forwarded to us by that platform.
Cookies and planned analytics
Google Analytics and Facebook advertising tracking have not yet been activated as part of this website setup. Any future optional tracking must be described in the Cookie Policy and configured with the appropriate consent controls before use. You can send an enquiry without agreeing to optional cookies. Who may receive information
Access is limited to those who need the information for the relevant work, including authorised agency staff and the providers supporting our website, hosting and email. Details may be shared with an owner, landlord or professional adviser where necessary for the enquiry or service. The scope and purpose of further sharing should be explained when the relevant service begins.
Retention and overseas processing
We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and deal with related follow-up. Where an enquiry leads to a service, the retention period takes account of the duration of that service, applicable record-keeping obligations and any outstanding complaint or legal claim. Property-alert contact details are retained while you wish to receive alerts; you can ask us to stop at any time. You can contact us to ask about the retention of your records. Our website and email use external service providers, which may process information outside the European Economic Area. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your enquiry.
Your choices and rights
